The MQ-4 Natural Gas Sensor Module is a sensitive gas detection module designed to detect Methane (CH₄) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) concentrations in the air. Operating from a 5V supply, it provides both analog (AO) and digital (DO) outputs for easy integration with microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi. The sensor can detect methane concentrations ranging from 200–10,000 ppm, making it suitable for gas leak monitoring and safety systems. With adjustable sensitivity and reliable performance, the MQ-4 is widely used in residential, industrial, and portable gas detection applications.
